About US

 

      Mobile Pet Doctor is a Limited House Call Practice that provides veterinary care for dogs and cats in the Twin Cities in  Minnesota. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM. Appointments are available upon request some evenings and Saturdays.

 We treat both sick and healthy cats and dogs on an out-patient basis. For sick pets this regular means treatment for: coughing; diarrhea; vomiting; blood-work; ear disease; skin problems like itching, hair loss, hot spots, fleas, and ticks; anorexia (not eating); excessive drinking; urinating in abnormal places; and changes in behavior noted by the owner.

 For healthy pets, regular wellness checks for preventive care are available yearly or by request. These wellness checks include: general physical examination, (annually or biannually), vaccinations as needed, and yearly deworming.

 We have a fully stocked pharmacy. So, on most occasions we will be able to dispense the medication needed during the house call. We carry Heartguard, Frontline, and Advantage.

 

We can give injections of antibiotics, antacids, and SQ Fluids, perform fecal exams and urinalysis, take blood samples, and sedate you pet, if it is necessary.

 

Our prices are competitive. For the most part, the fees are lower than, or the same as, what is offered on the web. We encourage you to check them out and compare them to the prices of our products. We also give vaccinations such a rabies shots to dogs and cats.When possible, we strive to establish a three-year protocol for your pets vaccines.
